All-Access Events

  • All-Access packages include access to the assorted decorations on the property, and plate and flatware service. 

  • Weekend package access to The Landing venue is from 8 a.m. Friday to 11 a.m. Sunday with the actual event lasting no more than 7 hours.

  • Saturday Package access to The Landing venue is from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. with the actual event lasting no more than 7 hours. 

 

Standard Events

  • Standard events do not include access to venue decorations, and plate and flatware service.

  • Weekend package access to The Landing venue is from 8 a.m. Friday to 11 a.m. Sunday with the actual event lasting no more than 7 hours.

  • Saturday Package access to The Landing venue is from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. with the actual event lasting no more than 7 hours.

The Landing on Division reserves the right to keep event dates open for booking until full deposit is paid for client reservations.

The Bridal Apartment

The Catering Prep Kitchen

  • Pull-up driveway with loading dock

The Landing reserves the right to charge for damages to venue or breach of contract. The Landing reserves the right to change pricing without notice and at the discretion of the owner. The Landing is a Limited Liability Company.
